With April fast approaching the 2012 sailing season is nearly upon us. Training days in April will offer the opportunity to brush up on a range of skills from man-overboard to hoist operation. Those who have already volunteered for duties will by now have received notification from Dutyman, any remaining spaces may now be filled by “volunteering” through the Dutyman website. Planning is now well underway for 2012 with both Carrickfergus and the West Coast trip making a return. For 2012 we hope to introduce a number of Clyde sailing weeks where the boat will tour the Clyde from Monday-Friday, returning in time for the regular weekend day sails.
